Video: Banksy Does Opening Credits To ‘The Simpsons’

The mysterious British street artist known as Banksy made an "appearance" on Sunday night's episode of "The Simpsons." He designed the opening credits to the show, including having Bart write "I Must Not Write All Over Walls" for his chalk board punishment. There are also Banksy tags on walls throughout Springfield. The Simpson's couch gag takes a sudden serious and political turn via a tour through an Asian sweatshop that manufactures Simpsons merchandise. KPBS
San Diegans can see Banksy's work in MCASD's street art exhibit, "Viva La Revolucion." He's also been in the news lately with his fascinating documentary (and one of my favorite films this year) "Exit Through The Gift Shop."
UPDATE: "Exit Through the Gift Shop" will screen at MCASD La Jolla on Thursday, Nov. 18th.
